Take a bowl, add curd, oil, powdered sugar and vanilla extract.
Whisk for 5 minutes and combine well.
Sift maida, baking powder and baking soda.
Mix well by cut and fold method.
Don't over mix.
Add milk if required and make a lump free smooth batter.
Transfer it into a greased cake tray. Pat twice.
Preheat and bake at 180℃ for 40 minutes.
Cool completely.
Prick and make holes, keep aside.
On the other hand, take a pan, add sugar and 1/4 cup water.
Boil 2 mins,. Turns sticky.
Cool completely. Add honey into it and mix well.
Honey syrup ready, pour it generously on the cake. Cake absorb it.
Now take a pan, add strawberry jam and 1 table spoon honey, mix well.
Cook it until the jam melts well, don't over heat.
Spread the honey jam mixture on the cake and make a thick layer.
Sprinkle dessicated coconut on it.
Decorate with red tuti fruti and whipped cream.
Cut the cake into pieces and serve it.
